From order to garden, our wooden garden parasols are packaged carefully and shipped quickly. What could be simpler!!
Delivery
We dispatch orders as quickly as possible on a next working day service and keep you updated with tracking where available from our trusted couriers. Your parasol arrives boxed to protect the timber frame and canopy, so it is ready to be placed in that sunny corner of the garden, ready to be loved and enjoyed and provide all of the shade you could ever want.

- Orders sent on a next working day service (conditions apply, UK mainland deliveries only)
- Offshore delivery (Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland etc) a delivery surcharge of £50 will be applicable to all orders
- Tracking updates provided once dispatched (where applicable).
- Packaging designed to protect timber and fabric in transit.
Tip: If you’re not going to be at home to receive your new wooden garden parasol please let us know of a safe location that it can be left so we can pass this on to our courier.

Returns
If you change your mind, we’ll guide you through returns clearly and quickly. Keep the product unused and in original packaging where possible so it can travel safely back, and we can process things without any fuss.
Step 1
Contact us with your order number and a short note on the reason for return. We will email you back as soon as possible with the next steps with regards to your return request.
Step 2
We’ll confirm the return details and the best way to ship it back securely. Return labels will be forwarded to you to once a suitable collection day has been confirmed.
Step 3
Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund promptly. Any returns that are for personal reasons such as the parasol is too big, I do not like the colour, will be subject to a small return delivery charge. Please contact us for details.
